jBridge v1.19 released

jBridge v1.19:

- improved resource deallocation.
- fixed an issue where the main host would be blocked if the auxhost was terminated abruptely.
- fixed a timer bug in the auxhost.
- fixed a crash that could occur on project reload with Cubase5/Studio One and some plugins.
- fixed crash with Cubase 5 when performance mode was enabled/disabled with the integrated GUI.
- other minor fixes/changes.
