jBridge v1.03 released

v1.03:
– fixed error on resource deallocation with some hosts.
– fixed crash on load that would occur with the combination of some NI plugins and Cubase 5.
– fixed pitch issue with some plugins.
– improved stability when several “jbridged” plugins are used at the same time.
– fixed latency not correctly reported when “performance mode” is enabled.
– other minor fixes.

jBridger tool updated to  v1.04:
– more verbose information.
