jBridge v1.12 released

v1.12:

– Fixed effEditKeyUp/Down.
– Fixed effGetMidiKey ( key names weren’t being correctly reported ).
– Fixed error with BFD2 and a few plugins that would occur when the instrument was removed.
– Other minor fixes.
