Native GUI integration tests started

Today I started making some internal tests with this new implementation.

The good news – It seems to work well with all the hosts I tried:

Now the the bad news – this brings back the first boot hang with Cubase5, since this implementation is fully MFC based, like the one which also had this problem.

edit: not anymore.🙂

So, I will probably keep the previous OpenGL-based GUI implementation as an option, as I don’t have the slightest idea about why this happens.
