IPC MIDI (freeware)
IPC ( Inter Process Communication ) MIDI is a set of two vst’s ( a transmitter and a receiver ) for sending/receiving midi data between different VST hosts, even if they have different architectures (x86 or x64).
The current version (1.0) can be downloaded here (32 and 64bit versions, Windows only):
